Meet Che.
I am passionate about helping others, and have spent the last 15 years working as a Wellness coach and Professional trainer. I believe that everyone’s experience, including mine, is unique and valid.
My special interest area is Wellness ‐ specifically Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and The Meridian System, and how they provide a simple and solid foundation for personal health optimisation.
Based in the Forest of Dean, I balance my work with time in nature, my family and friends, music festivals, meditation retreats, and travelling around the World experiencing other cultures.
Acumassage.
Acumassage is gentle, focused bodywork guided by Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and the Meridian System. Meridians run through the body’s myofascial web (the inner “skin” wrapping muscles, ligaments, organs, and bone). By combining acupressure with therapeutic massage, we encourage healthy Meridian flow and ease restrictions in the fascia—helping the whole system settle and rebalance.
This approach can support both the physical and the felt: releasing tightness and aches, reducing stress reactivity, and restoring a steadier baseline for sleep, mood, and everyday energy. Because it works with the body as an integrated whole, Acumassage offers a truly holistic way to move from “stuck” to more ease.
Author.
Che specialises in making complex things simple. After years studying the Meridian System, and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), she developed a new way to explain it that people can actually use in daily life. Her forthcoming book, The Four Functions Framework, turns the “lines and squiggles” into a clear, memorable map, so practitioners and curious readers can understand, remember, and work with the Meridians without needing decades of study.
The Meridian System can feel impenetrable at first glance, with hundreds of named points and multiple schools of thought. Che’s framework offers a friendly “way in,” rooted in fascia-aware anatomy and classic TCM principles. It breaks the Meridian System into four core functions, creating a solid central scaffold, from which your own exploration and knowledge can grow.
Readers learn to quickly locate and name the key meridians, recognise pivotal points, and apply simple combinations for everyday wellbeing.
Trainer.
Che offers training in Acumassage and the Four Functions Framework to both other practitioners, and to anyone wanting to simply help themselves and their loved ones. Making Acupressure and Acumassage accessible to everyone is one of Che’s key goals. Previous training was well received, and more available from Spring 2026.
Che also trains groups and teams from organisations in Workplace Wellness. Having spent 15 years in the Corporate World as a senior manager, Che is well placed to understand the pressures of work, and training is practical, calm, and immediately useful, based on the same training provided to the Emergency Services.
Sessions are bespoke, and can be delivered in three ways—at carefully selected venues in the Forest of Dean, at premises of your choosing, or online via Teams/Zoom.
Coach.
When we reach overwhelm, or a choice point, coaching can help you move forwards and out of stuck. Che specialises in coaching for stress, decisions, and relationships. When clarity really matters.
Warm, grounded, and practical, Che’s coaching is easy-to-understand, appropriate for everyone, and brings about real change. With no ongoing commitment, sessions are tailored to suit you, and can be in person, or online.
Che uses straight and open questions, alongside gentle tools and techniques known to get to the heart of things, in order to work out what really matters, and what to do about it, with achievable next steps, and a longer term plan (IF you want one).
Simple really.
